Full Wedding Coordination

Planning a wedding takes hundreds of hours and can be extremely overwhelming. With so many options to choose from, many brides are too stressed out to enjoy their wedding day when it arrives.

In addition to our comprehensive day-of coordination, we help you establish a realistic budget, and recommend ways to save money that you may not have thought of. We track vendor payments and remind you before they are due. We offer advice, guidance, and support throughout the planning process. We are proud of our relationships with area wedding venues and vendors. We can help you save time and money trying to find the vendors by recommending local professionals who are ideal for you, based on your needs and preferences. We will attend vendor meetings and serve as the point of contact. We assist with everything from booking accommodations for out of town guests, including preparing and delivering “welcome” bags to the hotel. We also assist with everything from Save the Dates to Thank You cards.

Day-of Coordination

Celebrated Events is dedicated to making your event everything you want it to be, which is why we offer the most comprehensive day of coordination services in the area. We begin the process long before the event with an initial consultation. In the months leading up to your wedding we are happy to answer any questions that you have and to provide you with the names of qualified wedding vendors, if needed. We are happy to assist with filling out vendor forms or providing information on how to apply for a marriage license.

Approximately four weeks before the wedding we will collect information on the services you have lined up and what remains to be done. Our extensive knowledge of event services and vendors can help you fill in the gaps. We will review vendor documentation to ensure that the services you have contracted will meet your needs, and inform you of any issues that could prevent your event from flowing smoothly. One week before the wedding, we will reach out to your vendors to confirm timelines and committed services. We will also schedule a time to meet with you to collect any décor items that we need to setup for your wedding.

The day of the wedding, we ensure that vendors arrive on time and meet their commitments. We will handle any issues that do arise. We work seamlessly with venue staff to make sure that the setup for your event meets your specifications. We coordinate the flow of activities and assist guests as needed. Near the end of the reception, we will transfer cards and gifts to a pre‐designated vehicle, so that your departure is not delayed. Then we handle packing up the décor items and make sure the venue requirements for breakdown are met. We can store your decorations for up to three weeks after the wedding, and then will schedule a time to meet with you to return the items.

We have a list of wedding décor items. When you contract with Celebrated Events for any wedding coordination service, these items may be used at no additional charge.
