About Us

Celebrated Events is owned and operated by Karen Farrow, who has been planning events since 2004.  Karen has coordinated a number of weddings over the years, as well as several milestone anniversary parties.  Karen organized fund raising and other events for a private school, including their annual silent auction/galas and graduation ceremonies.  She also planned their ground breaking ceremony when the school moved to a new, state-of-the-art facility in 2008.  Karen loves event coordination, and it shows.  Her attention to detail and her ability to follow through are what set her apart from her competitors.

In March, 2012, Karen opened Celebrated Events, a full service event planning company serving Frederick, Maryland, and the surrounding area.  Celebrated Events is dedicated to listening to the client’s vision of the event and making it a reality.   We can help you plan and stick to your budget, select a venue, contract vendors, arrange for rental equipment, and so much more.  We can design a package to meet almost any need or budget. Celebrated Events maintains excellent business relationships with area vendors, and is a member of the Frederick Area Bridal Network (FABNet) and the Women’s Business Network of Frederick (WBN).
