Celebrated Events is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and extraordinary programs for every single client. We believe great events start with organizing the details and end with the execution. We are not satisfied until every event we plan is the best it can possibly be.
Celebrated Events, a full‐service event planning company, was founded by Karen Farrow in March 2012. Karen serves on the board of the Frederick Area Bridal Network (FABNET). We have been awarded WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Award® for being in the top five percent of wedding professionals on WeddingWire who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Planning an event yourself may not seem all that difficult. Do‐it‐yourself planning is often viewed as cheaper and simpler, and therefore better than hiring a professional planner. However, an event is made up of so many factors that are easily missed, hiring Celebrated Events is a better bet.
When you are planning an event, you need a thorough knowledge of all the details involved. Even the smallest events have hundreds of details. It’s easy for little things to slip through the cracks. Celebrated Events will not only track all those details, but will know when they change, and how a change in one area affects things in other areas. We triple check everything and prepare contingency plans.
Event planning, with all its intricate details, is even harder if it’s something you don’t do all the time. It isn’t just the preparation stage that can cause anxiety—while the event is going on you might be worrying about things that could go wrong. And things do go wrong.
Regardless of the amount of time put into coordinating your event, there’s a good chance that something won’t go as planned. But, because we have an idea of the kinds of things that could go wrong, we can often foresee potential problems and avoid them. No event is ever perfect, but when issues arise, we deal with them quickly, quietly and efficiently, so that you can focus on your guests. A “perfect” event is when we are the only one who knows that anything went wrong.
